With the rise of remote closing, sales people can now work from anywhere in the world, sell high-ticket offers, and sell to inbound leads - assuming you find the right company to work with.

-Earning potential ($100,000+ per year or more)
-Culture & professional development

Top Pick #1) PhoneSales.com

PhoneSales.com
Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
(4.9)

PhoneSales.com is probably the most well known and respected sales agency in the space.

They are known for hiring top notch sales closers and placing them on very lucrative high ticket offers. At the same time, they have hired sales reps with less experience and given them the opportunity to grow inside the company.

Many reps inside their Facebook Group (free to join) have reported earning upwards $30,000 USD per month.

Pros:

  • Super High Ticket Prices: At PhoneSales, most of the companies they work with have offers priced between $10,000 to $150,000. This means you'll be selling very expensive offers to highly qualified inbound prospects.

  • High Earning Potential: They pay out anywhere from 5% to 10% commission of deals closed. Coupled with the high ticket prices, top sales reps are earning $20,000 to $30,000 per month.

  • Inbound Lead Flow: There is no cold calling involved. They have marketing funnels which get leads to schedule inbound discovery calls. You just need to show up and close.

  • Work Remotely: PhoneSales is an American company, but the entire team work remotely. This means you can work from anywhere in the world.

  • Different Industries: PhoneSales has many clients in different industries. This means if they hire you, they'll be able to place you with a company and industry you resonate most with.

  • Extremely Quick Onboarding: Candidates who get hired by PhoneSales usually start taking live sales calls and closing deals as soon as 5 to 7 days.

  • Only Work With Credible Companies: All the companies PhoneSales works with are vetted thoroughly to ensure they are legitimate, ethical, and credible.

  • Top Tier Sales Coaching: They have some of the worlds best sales coaches and invest highly into the coaching and development of their sales reps.

  • Large Job Network: Even if they don't end up hiring you directly (which would be the ideal situation), they may still be able to get you a sales role in another company

  • Easy Application Process: To apply, you should go to this page & fill out the application form.

  • No Cost, Nothing To Pay: Unlike other recruiting companies, PhoneSales doesn't have any placement fee that they will charge you as a sales reps. You simply apply on their website, and if you have what they're looking for, they will offer you a high ticket sales job. There is absolutely nothing to pay.

Cons:

  • Remote Work Only: If you're looking to work in a physical office, they don't have any in-office sales positions.

  • High Ticket Only: If you're nervous to sell $10,000+ offers to prospects, maybe this isn't the best place to apply.

How To Apply?

When you go their website, simply click the "We're Hiring" page.

If you're an experienced closer, you should apply for the Sales: High Ticket Closer position

If you don't have much experience in the high ticket space, you should apply for the Sales: Appointment Setter position.

#2) Kas Placement

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.5)

Kas Placement has been around for nearly 15 years.

They offer recruiting for a variety of different roles and do not specialize in exclusively sales. They offer recruiting for marketing and sales. They have good reviews, and both companies and candidates seem happy with the overall experience.

They boast a network of 3.31 million sales and marketing professionals, which means they have a lot of sales candidates -- possibly too many.

Pros:

  • Established in 2009: Many years of experience recruiting which means they have relationships with a variety of companies over the years.

  • 3.31 million sales and marketing pros: This means they have a large network to tap into if you're looking to connect with other sales pros.

  • Location specific sales jobs: If you're looking for in-office sales job, Kas recruits for specific cities and in-office sales positions

  • Successful Track Record: Have successfully placed over 200 candidates in the last few years. Although considered their sales network is 3 million candidates, this isn't a large percentage of people.

Cons:

  • Kas Charges Money Upfront: In order to work with Kas, they will require a $5000 deposit from you while they look to find you a sales job.

  • Does Not Focus on USA Companies: About 25% of the recruiting they do is for overseas companies, so the compensation may not be as high or may be in a different currency.

  • Risky & No Job Guarantee: There is no guarantee they will actually be able to place you in a sales role. This means you may end up paying their upfront fee and not getting successfully placed.

  • No Remote Positions: Kas doesn't focus on remote sales positions.

#3) Sales Recruiters Inc.

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.3)

Sales Recruiters Inc is a bit more of an old school recruiting firm for corporate sales recruiting. You can see this based on their outdated website, and the executive recruitment team is of older age.

The good part is, they have worked with a range of company sizes all the way from startups to Fortune 500 companies and boast over 35 years of experience!

Pros:

  • Over 30 years in business: They have made many hires in the last 30 years

  • Physical and Remote: They offer recruiting for both physical and remote positions

  • Large team: They have over 10 executive recruiters on the team.

  • Sales Specialists: They specialize in specifically sales recruiting and nothing else!

Cons:

  • Super Slow Hiring Times (2-3 months): In the FAQ section of their website, it clearly states the average time to hire a sales rep is 8 weeks.

  • Unclear Pricing: They offer retained and "engaged contingency" pricing. This means if you want their full attention and effort, you will have to pay their monthly retainer fee which others have reported starts at $8000.

  • No Money Back Guarantee: If they can't get you a sales job, that's unfortunate as they have no money back guarantee.

  • Oldschool and Outdated: The website and team seems a bit outdated. This is probably why it takes them 8 weeks to hire for one sales position.

#4) Korn Ferry

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.2)

Korn Ferry is a legendary recruiting firm for Fortune 500 companies looking to hire for executive or C Suite sales positions.

They cover recruiting for a vast range of industries and job positions. They are known to have made some very successful sales hires in the industry.

Pros:

  • Legendary Brand: They are very well known in the recruiting industry and have made many successful hires.

  • Executive and C Suite Hiring: They specialize in hiring for these high up sales positions like VIP of sales or Chief of Sales.

  • Global Presence: They have many offices in many different countries.

  • Quality of Talent: With their extensive network and big brand name, they will surely find you a sales role

Cons:

  • Unclear Pricing: It's unclear what they charge. Others have reported they take 20% to 25% of your first years earnings.

  • Executive Sales Roles Only: Typically will only accept you if you have experience working as a VIP of Sales or Chief Sales Officer for a Fortune 500 company, as this is what most of their clients are looking for.

  • Slow Hiring Times: You can expect to wait 2-3 months before receiving any job offers.

  • Mainly Physical Office Sales Jobs: They don't specialize in hiring for remote sales, so if you do get hired the companies will likely require you to work in-office.

#5) RevPilots

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3.9)

RevPilots is fairly new to the sales recruiting space.

The good thing about RevPilots, is they focus specifically on hiring for sales positions, so they really know their sales lingo and are dedicated to filling roles in the sales space.

On top of this, they also offer sales coaching and call reviews (for an extra price, of course).

Pros:

  • Sales Focused: They only deal with recruiting for sales roles and nothing else. This is what you want!

  • Full time and Fractional Positions: They can help find you a full time or part time position.

  • Additional Services: They offer additional services such as sales coaching and call reviews.

Cons:

  • Misleading Information: Their website makes it look like they've worked for Apple, Amazon, Adobe, Google, Goldman Sachs, Paypal, Indeed, Uber, Oracle and more. However, this is not true.

  • Traditional Pricing: They charge 20% to 25% of your first years earnings, plus an upfront onboarding fee.

  • New To Business. They don't have much of a proven track record as they are a newer company, so likely don't have as many clients to find you a remote sales job.

Final Conclusions

As you can see, there's lot of options to choose from. It just depends on what you're looking for.

I've helped connect many sales reps to different companies and PhoneSales seems to the best fit for many of them. Many of them have gotten hired through PhoneSales, and contacted me months later to let me know they are very grateful for the recommendation.

The main difference is PhoneSales don't charge sales reps anything. Which makes sense, since they are a sales agency actually looking to hire sales reps.

With other recruiting companies they're going to want you to pay them upfront, since they're not actually looking to hire you.

I also recommend joining their Free Facebook group, as often they post new job posts in there once slots open up.
